I no longer wonder why some people in Lesotho have a hard time finding employment. Today, we got some job applications for an open position with one of our programs. Here were some of the "qualifications" listed on one person's cover letter:
1) I have been a trainer of trainers and I have taken many courses on training.
1) I am a driver with an invalid driver's license. I promise to validate it though.
2) I am computer illiterate.
Yeah, I don't think we'll hire her. But someone will...
